British Made Luxury Shirting Fabrics Coming Soon

We’re getting closer to launching our range of Tower Mill luxury shirting fabrics, which are entirely manufactured here in the North West.

Made from high quality Supima cotton, the collection of classically coloured yarn-dyed fabrics will rival the best shirtings available.

English Fine Cottons’ Tracy Hawkins said: “We are delighted with our fabrics, they are beautiful and have the luxurious qualities of anything found in the likes of Jermyn Street in London.”

The stock range of two-fold cotton shirtings will be launched this summer in a variety of weaves, from herringbone to a smooth poplin.

Spun here at Tower Mill, the yarns are dyed at Blackburn Yarn Dyers, woven at John Spencer’s Textiles Ltd in Burnley and finished at Standfast and Barracks in Lancashire.

The range will be suitable for small labels looking for a stock supply of luxury British-made cottons.

But, the shirtings won’t be exclusively for those in the trade. Individual shirt lengths will soon be available to buy on our website, so that anyone can have a bespoke English Fine Cottons garment made at the tailor of their choice.
