If you were to come to the mill today, this is what you’d see…

Nearly all the machines on the ground floor in place, a completed speed-frame and piles of ready made cans waiting to be filled with cotton on the first floor, and, five fully built ring-frames just awaiting spindles plus a very near finished plant room for the air conditioning and filtration system on the third floor.

This week, our combing machine – the last machine to be put in place on the ground floor – will be built, our spindles for the spinning machines will arrive and we expect to complete the plant rooms on both the third and ground floors. And perhaps the most exciting bit, we’ll press the button to do dry test-runs on the first ring frame.
